Terms & Conditions 1. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over at the time of entry, except employees and their immediate families of Heinz Foodservice and each of its group companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected to this Promotion.
2. Closing date for receipt of entries: 31st January 2009
3. Only one entry per person
4. All entries through third parties or agents are invalid.
5. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any requirements set out in any accompanying promotional material.
6. There is one prize of £300 of Thomas Cook Sport Vouchers to be won for one reader from each of the following magazines: Buy It, Eat Out, Foodservice Update and The Publican and for £500 for 1 reader of Pub Chef.

8. All entries become the absolute property of the Promoter upon submission and will not be returned.
9. The prize[s] will be awarded to the first entry randomly drawn on 31st March 2009.
10. There is no cash alternative and prize will only be given to the official winner.
11. Prize winner[s] will be notified by post within [28] days of 31st March 2009

13. The Promoter reserves the right to offer [an] alternative prize[s] of equal or greater value should the advertised prize[s] become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to (i) disqualify any entries that are deemed by the Promoter to be unsuitable, and (ii) ask the [panel of] judge[s] to select an alternative winner in the event the Promoter believes that any winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are lost, incomplete, delayed, illegible or damaged. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of delivery.
